Planning March 1st

Hebden Bridge

Drew Whitworth and I go over the MOSI-ALONG to prepare for the Project Initiation Meeting on March 2nd. Drew makes the key observation that we are trying to bridge the gap between crowdsourcing community content, as developed by the RunCoCo project, and professional curation as provided by MOSI. Decide to let all the partners say want they want out of the project and then plan on how we might make it ALL happen

Later on I meet Gary Copitch of Peoples Voice Media, who have a brilliant Community Reporters project and will be working on the crowdsouricing part of the project. Gary then goes of to celebrate 20 years of Manchester being an Information City at the MDDA. MAnchester is obviously Ambient Learning City ready…

Meeting prepped but sadly we are losing Caroline Williams of MIMAS who was critical in pulling an effective bid together.
